What you can expect during your visit with us:
We at One on York have worked very hard to create a welcoming and relaxing environment. Upon arrival you will be met with fresh bread and butter and filtered or sparkling water. We will continue to monitor and replenish as your visit continues. Your server will review with you our daily specials and potato of the day as well as any additional menu recommendations they may provide. For the ultimate experience we recommend a three course meal and each server can provide you with appropriate wine pairings should you choose.
We ask that you understand and respect that your table is reserved for a two hour time frame. If this time frame becomes an issue we will gladly provide you a table in our lounge area to continue your experience. This will ensure we can provide our patrons with a fantastic experience for years to come.
Please note our only dress code policy is no hats such as baseball or beanies are allowed to be worn in our main dining rooms.
Welcome to One on York
Opened in January 2023, One on York is in the same building as the former iconic London restaurant Michael's on the Thames. Londoners Tammy and Jay Smith are excited for their new adventure running a locally owned and family operated business.
Tammy and Jay promise you an exquisite fine dining experience, from the food, to the service, to the ambiance we want to be the prime destination for patrons in London.
They have created a warm and inviting ambiance with many lovely updates and a revitalized menu including some twists on old time favorites as well as new creations.
Tammy and Jay grew up in London and had their first date with each other at Michaels on the Thames back in 1995. With varied customer-centric careers, they bring an array of valuable experience to One on York. Tammy and Jay also enjoy consulting Tammy's Father former Londoner, Ron Milton who owned two very successful fine dining restaurants in the US.
They look forward to welcoming you to the new space and wish to provide you with the ultimate fine dining experience.
